Your Power

Until you come to the realization that there is the voice in your head, and there is you.  You will constantly live your life in a reactive mode.  Reacting as you are acted upon, blaming as a way to justify why you are where you are, why are are what you are.  Judging others and judging your self.  Because that is what what the voice needs to survive,  a drama where it judges and labels every one and everything, including you.

Once you know that there is a narrative going in your head,  and that it has nothing to do with you. Once you can differentiate between the narrative and you, you gain your power back.  Your power to stand still and just observe the narrative. Your power to  shut the voice, your power to think and be who you want to be.
